Packages
Choose your level.
Three packages designed to meet hotels where they are — whether you want an independent second opinion, a full elevation roadmap, or an ongoing partnership to transform your gym completely.
How long does an audit take?
The on-site visit typically takes between 2 and 4 hours depending on the size of the facility. We then deliver your written report within 5 working days.
Do you cover hotels outside the UK?
Yes — we currently cover all major cities where TRAINR operates, including London, Paris, Rome, Dubai, Amsterdam, New York and more. Travel costs may apply for international properties.
What does the audit report include?
A scored assessment across 6 categories: equipment, environment, guest experience, personal training provision, competitor benchmarking, and commercial potential. Each category is scored and accompanied by specific, prioritised recommendations.
Do we have to use TRAINR as part of the package?
Not at all. TRAINR is offered as an optional recommendation within our Elevation and Standard packages. Many clients choose to implement it — but it's entirely your decision.
We have multiple properties — can you offer group rates?
Yes. Multi-property rates are available on request for hotel groups and chains. Please get in touch to discuss your portfolio.
